Urgent!!!
Hi,we are from Wesley College Melbourne, Australia and we have implemented a lot of Starboards in the school. Now we are migrated teachers' notebook from a Novell environment to Windows AD. I have a problem with Starboard Software 8.0 and FX-Duo Whiteboard once teachers have been migrated. When I connect my Notebook to the board, it displays well and I can use it interactively on Windows Desktop. Once I started Starboard Software, it stops working instantly and not reponse any more. The StarBoard Software 8.0 is quite old and it may have a connectivity issue.
You can try to download the latest StarBoard Software 9.2 (see the blog post http://www.hitachistarboard.com.au/blog/starboard-software-92-upgrade-download-available-336 ) and that may solve your problem.
I will also arrange for someone to get in contact with you.

Thank you. I will try to install 9.2 on problem PC and see whether it fixes. I just thought the problem I described above might be something you know already.
