Yes, you can upload a picture but you might want to wait till they fix it coz I look like I need to loose some weight :D

The picture upload system works via the trust system. You need to acquire a higher community score in order to be able to upload. Keep commenting or reduce the community score trust value in the 'Admin' settings.
