I have upgraded the Starboard software to 9.2 and am having trouble finding files that were saved by the previous version. Previously when you went to 'open' it came up with a list of files to choose from. The 9.2 version has a more 'windowsy' layout (which I like by the way) where you do a file-save or file-open procedure. However, when going to file-open, I can't find any files to open, even though there were a bunch of files in the old format. I've looked in the location where they were..

Have the same issue, how do you migrate old lessons? Even the lessons on this site don't open in version 9.31

Hi. Sorry to revive an old post but we have the identical issue that Philip has posted. User faithfully used v8.1 for 2 years, kept pressing save and the list of available files on the open page grew. Now we have upgraded to v9.3 can't find his work anywhere. All we can find is a data structure in his home directorystarboarddata 0000b to 00000032, currentMemo, documents and a file called memo.all We can see thumbnails of all his work in this structure but not the actual files.
Any help in finding them would be greatly appreciated as we have over 80 Starboards on-site and don't want to hit this problem again.
Cheers
Andrew
