Hello everyone, just a reminder that EasiTeach from RM comes with the FX-TRIO once the board is registered with Hitachi. This usually takes a week to arrive at your school.

Jessica Ford: Hi Craig, I can see your registration for your board. You didn't include a serial number in your registration, I'll need those details to be able to send out RM Easiteach. For privacy reasons please don't post the serial number on here, but could you re-register with those details. The URL is: www.hitachistarboard.com.au/hitachi-product-registration

craig morgan: Hi Jessica, I have re-registered however I cannot see the product serial in my drop down profile under the "receive special bonuses" box. Am wondering if this means i have not done it right or if thats normal. Thanks for your help again!!

Jessica Ford: Hi Craig, the serial needs to be registered on our product registration page, rather than the user registration page for the StarBoard Community.
