- ‘Fantastic Fractions’ is a comprehensive teaching resource to assist in teaching the concept of fractions. In both circular and rectangular format, a variety of different representations are provided to explore the concept of parts, equivalence, numerators and denominators. The lesson/resource provides the basic fractions of half and quarter, through to more complex fractions of twelfths.

Year 1 Achievement Standard: They describe a representation of a half.
Year 3 Achievement Standard: They model and represent unit fractions.
